Spicy Red Napa Cabbage Kimchi

This is the most common form of Kimchi made with Napa Cabbage, a little bit of Daikon radish, and seasoned with red pepper powder to provide a spicy kick.  Most ingredients are locally sourced.  Handmade and naturally fermented, it is a truly wholesome food, good for anyone with diet restrictions (gluten free) and it’s vegan.f

 Originated from the northern part of Korea. Slightly sweeter with a fruity flavor and a tantalizing zing that lingers on your pallet.  Great for condiment with any meal.  Or try a shot of  juice.  I call it ‘bio veggie soda.’!

Spicy Radish Kimchi

This radish Kimchi is one of the most popular Kimchis in Korea. Known as “Kkakdugiin Korean, it has a unique and crunchy texture and invigorating flavor. Pairs especially well with soups and stews, but a spoonful of it will give a kick to any dish. Enjoy!
